Lyric Harmony

Lyric Harmony is a community strategist, experience designer, and student of sustainable community development devoted to creating cultures of connection, belonging, and transformation. For more than fifteen years, she has worked at the intersection of hospitality, education, ecology, ritual, and immersive storytelling- helping build communities, partnerships, and experiences that have generated more than $8M in program, partnership, retreat, and experiential revenue.

Drawing from the wisdom of the natural world, Hermetic Sciences, and global cultural traditions, her work bridges ancient knowledge and modern systems to create experiences that inspire wonder, deepen relationships, and strengthen the social fabric of communities.

At 14, I was initiated into a wilderness school where the forest became both my classroom and my sanctuary. Under the towering canopy of ancient trees, I learned to track the natural world, igniting flames and cooking food with fire, birch bark, and the sparks from a quartz rock. Through learning the sacred tracking psychologies of the Lipan Apache, I began the work of listening and coming into connection with my body, mind & spirit.

This experience awakened a profound humility and reverence for the elements that sustain life. When I graduated high school on the peak of a Virginia mountain, I carried with me education and an initiation into the person I was becoming- a life forever shaped by the wisdom of the wild. At 17 years old and from this point, I moved to Prescott Arizona to study Eco-design, Permaculture & Ecology.

Education: Alldredge Academy, Tom Brown Tracker School

a student of ecological design, permaculture & dance

At 17, the summer before college began, I made a pilgrimage to Kenya, summiting the second-highest peak with N.O.L.S. I learned how to read maps, Earth Based Leadership, Ecology & Swahili… later, living aboard an ancient dhow boat for two month following. These adventures became the blueprint of my soul, a call to understand the world not just as it is but as it could be. Later, under Arizona's desert skies, I started at Prescott Colege studied with master ecologists, water conservationists, architects. I trained in dance along the cliffs of Sedona, and nurtured a love for both structure and flow, science and art. I graduated with a major in Sustainable Community Development and a minor in Dance.

Education: Prescott College, ECOSA Institute, Flying Nest Dance Studio

walking the sacred path of story and ritual

As a devoted student of Sacred Arts and Indigenous Life-Ways, I walk the path of plants, learning from elders, wisdom keepers, perfumers, and healers. At 24 years old, I became a daughter to an Ecuadorian Sundance chief, weaving her teachings centered in water, women, and the feminine. Guided by dreams and the sacred unlearning, I co-built an educational community with her, for 4 years, in Oakland California, San Francisco & Nevada City, Ca; a branch of a global school called the School of Secrets, led by Carmen Vicente.

Teachers: Carmen Vicente, Millard Murphy, The Crow dog Family, Maya Carlos, Erika Gagnon, Dr. Lilidhar Gupta, Deanna Batdorff, Micah Almeida, Marc Hudon, Nicki Doane, Eddi Modestini, Amanda Gilbert.

Education: The School of Secrets, The Star Dance, La Tierra Circle, The Dhyana Center School of Health Sciences, Ayurveda As It Is, 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Vinyasa/ Iyengar, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training.

immersive storytelling on a floating laboratory for change

In November of 2025, I boarded a Ritz-Carlton yacht with Earth One. I co-led an immersive treasure hunt for 350 participants aboard the earth one impact boat. We transformed the vessel into a living storybook. Guests became explorers in a narrative journey, a treasure hunt, uncovering hidden speakeasies and rediscovering forgotten memories. With every turn, the experience wove connection, nostalgia, and wonder, leaving participants profoundly moved and deeply connected to their own stories.

In 2017, Alongside Unify project, I co-designed and led an eclipse ritual for 50,000 people, live broadcasted to one million people, in a synchronized meditation for world peace. I collaborated with 80 indigenous elders and a led a community team of 60. I have led countless private rituals for artists, performers and companies desiring to build a foundation for work rooted in earth impact, transformation and education. Camp Kiss (2024) & Camp Bisous (2025)
In 2024, I co-wrote and directed a ritual narrative at Camp Kiss, crafting an immersive performance experience that blended myth, movement, and ceremonial theatre. The piece invited participants into a living story, unfolding in real time through choreographed ritual, poetic storytelling, and participatory magic.

In 2025, I co-created a multi-act show at Camp Bisous, collaborating closely with writer-director Jessica Brugnon and a talented ensemble of artists. The production featured four distinct acts, each weaving mythic archetypes, and emotional expression into an unforgettable immersive experience that explored love, belonging, initiation & transformation.

Co-creators: Seth Bunting, Damian Madray, Jessica Brugnon, Delanna Motter, Caro Avedano, Nour Thome, Maggie Andriani, Kelly Mauve, Juliette Carmen, Dawson, + Many More.

At Astral Plans Conference, I designed the concept and co-led the 'Group Magic Experience’, a peak moment of the event where we guided participants into a playful initiatic threshold ritual in the ancient Othe Forest.

We blending ambient music, Taoist wisdom, poetic storytelling, and mythic archetypes.

Participants were welcomed into one of four groups—Alchemist, Trickster, Oracle, Seer—and invited to co-create offerings and movements that culminated in a forest procession.

I wrote the narrative arc alongside live performers, ambient musicians, and animist installations.

The experience honored the land’s animist roots and pre-Celtic history, and ended in a collective intention offering to the world—bridging ritual theatre, ancient wisdom, and immersive art.
